Inhouse Videographer and photographer

What you'll do

Project plan video/photoshoots end to end, including stakeholder engagement, producing, directing, shooting & editingCollaboration with colleagues across the business, in all departments and locationsBe responsible for our careers website, learning and understanding our CMS and updating it with refreshed copy and imagery as and when neededSupport our Creative Designer with the creation/editing of digital assets using InDesign & PhotoshopWork with our agency partners on ad hoc projects, leaning on them for support as and when needed but also supporting them on larger scale shootsChampion our employer brand and be a guardian of our brand guidelines Audit of internal and external channels to identify opportunities for engagement with the Lidl GB employer brand.

What you'll need

Experience as a videographer/photographer with the ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom to edit videos and imagesConfidence in lighting and sound design for videosFull UK Driving License and flexibility to travel to different locations for shoots up to 12 times per yearAfter Effects, InDesign & Photoshop capabilitiesConfidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the businessPrevious experience of working as an employer brand/communications specialist is desirableExcellent organisation and project management skills, ideally with experience of working within a busy environmentGood attention to detail with the ability to write accurate, clear copy and to proof-read materials to ensure they comply with the tone of voice guidelinesExperience working to brand guidelines and a keen eye for detailAn understanding of the importance of a good user experience for a careers website, with the willingness to learn how to operate our CMS effectively.
