As the Employee Relations Partner, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions and senior management, to foster a positive working environment. Provide expert advice and coaching on all aspects of employment law, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices across the region. Support and lead complex case management, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes, with a particular focus on tribunal preparation and representation. Work at pace across a regional setting, managing your own diary and adapting to a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities. Coach and influence managers and leaders on effective employee relations strategies, helping them navigate challenges with confidence and empathy. Drive proactive employee engagement initiatives and dispute resolution, reducing risk and promoting harmonious workplace relations. Work on TUPE projects as and when required. 

Profile:

You will have proven experience in employee relations with a strong background in working with unions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and a strong track record of tribunal case management and representation. You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary across a regional setting. Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. The ideal applicant will be proactive with a solutions-focused approach alongside having the ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
