Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Blackburn in their search for an experienced Film and Television Lecturer with practical industry experience who can help students to progress into universities, film schools and the film & television industry..

The role;

We are looking for a driven and committed staff member who can complement the delivery of our Level 2 and Level 3 programmes of study. In addition, you will lead on the planning and delivery of our new BFI backed Saturday Club. You will work under the Film and Music Curriculum Manager in this role to encourage more young people to fulfil their potential and join our exciting industry.

The person;

The ideal candidate will join an established, successful team to plan, teach and assess Level 2 and Level 3 vocational courses focused on the Film, Television and Media Production industries. You will bring strong interpersonal and practical expertise to the role.

Have you got what it takes?

•           UK Honours Degree in relevant subject  

•           A teaching qualification

•           Practical experience of working in the film, television or media industries.

•           Experience of working in an educational environment.
