We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join the Primary Care team at HMP Risley, a category C prison located in the Risley area of Warrington.

This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. HMP Risley has an operational capacity of around 1100 inmates, and is a 20 minute drive from Warrington, and 30 minutes from Wigan. Hours: This is a full time role, hours per week, and you will work on rotational shifts Salary: This position is full time , youll receive an annual salary up to £27,195 per annum - depending on experience. Main duties of the job

As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics Support the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care on the wings and healthcare centres
