Are you a well organised, flexible and keen to get involved in a range of work?
NHS Highlands Employee Director is seeking a Personal assistant for a period of 6 months. The person appointed will provide a range of secretarial and administrative support. Main duties include diary management, support to arrange of meetings including minutes and agendas, and a range of other admin tasks in support of the Employee Director. This is an interesting and varied role. The post holder will require excellent IT skills. In return we will listen to your ideas, and can also offer flexible working.
The hours are flexible up to full time (37 hours per week) and part time will be considered. Please indicate this in your application.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a or a NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
