The Role
As part of the Navro team, your role will focus on developing tools and optimising processes that empower our commercial teams, making data more accessible and easy to understand so that Sales and Marketing can make informed decisions. You'll refine and enrich our data, discover new data sources, and implement innovative solutions that enhance the insights we are able to gain from our analysis. Additionally, you’ll lead end-to-end projects, ensuring Navro scales effectively while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to enhance Navro's prospecting stack, streamline Go-to-Market processes, and drive faster, data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Design and implement tools and solutions that improve the efficiency of commercial teams and enhance productivity, leading initiatives that drive scalable operational improvements within Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, facilitating cross-functional improvements to optimise processes and boost sales funnel effectiveness.
- Lead the assessment and integration of new technologies to enhance workflows, aligning with industry best practices and advancements.
- Analyse large and complex data sets to derive actionable insights, develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into business performance and market trends, and support data-driven strategies.
To be successful in this role, you:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales or Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of solving problems and improving processes.
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and experience using tools such as HubSpot, 11x, Clay, Amplemarket to drive efficiency, and you're comfortable working with APIs and native integrations, with support.
- You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in extracting data using SQL is a plus.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify issues and propose effective solutions, while adapting to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
- You are eager to continuously learn and improve, embracing innovation and experimentation as part of the RevOps team.
