About the Role

We are proactively seeking a clinical pharmacist to join our quest in re-balancing primary care to be a rewarding environment for staff as well as ensuring excellent patient care. Importantly, we value staff happiness and proactively address work-life balance. Full or part time hours will be considered. Pay is dependent on experience and ability to demonstrate innovation and proactive awareness of future opportunities and challenges.

We area friendly, high-performing practice caring for circa 12,000 patients in North East Essex equidistant between Chelmsford and Colchester, providing equal access to London in one direction and the beautiful coast and East Anglia in the other. We consist of 2 GP partners (who are married to each other) and 6 salaried GPs (all working on a part-time basis) as well as excellent nursing and pharmacy teams.

We also benefit from working in a PCN with two other like-minded practices.

About the Candidate This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active clinical pharmacist to join Tiptree Medical Centre. We are looking for people who can support the effective delivery of patient care by utilising pharmaceutical skills to appropriately manage medical demand and ensure that patients see the right clinician. Applicants must be able to carry out the following: management of hypertension clinic work on call manage urgent queries, work together as a team with clinicians.

 Prescribing is highly desirable.
