Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join our team in Omagh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our clients in matters related to conveyancing and probate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and reportages.
  • Oversee the probate process from start to finish, including obtaining grants of probate, estate administration, and distribution of assets.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on conveyancing and probate matters.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and wills.
  • Represent clients in conveyancing and probate proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Northern Ireland.
  • Proven experience in conveyancing and probate matters, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
