Practice Nurse

Job summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Practice Nurse to join ourbusy, friendly, hardworking, forward thinking general practice team.

Previousexperience in practice nursing is desirable although training would be providedto help develop the right candidate.

You willbe an enthusiastic, caring and motivated nurse with excellent communication,interpersonal and organisational skills.

Main duties of the job

The role will include a variety of work within our Treatment Room and we would welcome applications from candidates with experience in chronic disease management.

Job responsibilities

To support thedelivery of practice nursing services, working as part of the practicemultidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the patientpopulation. The practice nurse will be deliver a number of clinical areas includingtreatment room services, chronic disease support/management as well assupporting the management team in the delivery of proactive care andorganisational development
