Are you a recent graduate looking to develop your administrative skills and gain valuable office experience? We’re seeking an organized and proactive HR Intern to join our team onsite. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of office management, communication, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Job Postings & Recruitment: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and our company website and help to manage and screen candidate applications to find the best talent.
- ️ New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Support the preparation of new hire materials and help organize onboarding activities for new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, Help coordinate events and other engagement activities to foster team spirit.
- HR Documentation & Compliance: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documents.Also help to ensure all employee files are up to date and compliant with company policies.
- Education: Recent graduate in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- ️ Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to take on new challenges and develop HR knowledge in a dynamic workplace. Open to feedback and growth opportunities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
