Overview

Nomad Foods was formed in 2015 and with revenues of ~€2.9bn is the largest frozen food company in Europe. Nomad owns a portfolio of leading brands including Birds Eye, Findus and iglo, supplemented in 2018 with the purchase of Goodfellas pizza and Aunt Bessies, and in 2021 with the purchase of Ledo & Frikom.

We manufacture and distribute a range of branded frozen food products across 20 European countries with the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Sweden and France representing our five largest markets.

Treasury is a strong team of 7, headed by Head of Tax and Treasury and consisting of a Assistant Group Treasurer, 1 Senior Treasury Managers, 2 Treasury Manager, 1 Analyst and this role. The team takes pride in their collaborative approach to work and delivers quality output.

Responsibilities

Liaising with Shared Services Centre and business units to prepare and consolidate the weekly 13 week cash flow forecast and monthly FX Forecast Perform variance analysis on a weekly basis Maintain Group Debt Schedule on a monthly basis and liaise with Group Reporting for correct accounting of loans and interests Assisting with month end, quarter end and year end accounting, including Hedge Accounting and reporting Assisting with operation of Treasury’s Sarbanes-Oxley control environment Assisting with managing Group banking structure, including opening accounts, KYC etc. Acting as administrator on various platforms, including ED, TMS, 360T etc. Involvement in various Treasury projects, including SAP TMS implementation Carrying out ad hoc departmental admin tacks, including raising POs and making sundry payments

Qualifications

Essential:

Accounting degree and/or Part-qualified Accountant/ studying towards accounting qualification Some experience in Accounting or Cash Forecasting

Desirable:

Some experience in Treasury Accounting or Cash Forecasting in medium size company that involves consolidating information
