What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Project Manageryou'll be working within the Build Team, leadingon a DFE Project. 

Your dayto day will include:

  •  Managingthe finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) ofprojects.
  •  Managing operationalcommunications and relationships with customers, contractors,subcontractors and suppliers.
  •  Providingregular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for theproject to the area management, Kier Group, andcustomers.
  •  Fulfilling contracts safely,on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross marginand customers' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliancewith Kier Group's policies, procedures and best practices relatingto the implementation of the project(s) and the management of thesite(s). 

 

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Senior ProjectManager is great for you if:

  • Significant experience in leading on projects ofsignificant value from pre construction through delivery tohandover
  • Demonstrable experience of managingproject budgets and programmes
  • Expertknowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contractconditions
  • IT literacy including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Email as well as experience of using ASTA PowerProject or Microsoft Project
  • SMSTS, CSCS BlackCard, First Aid
