Our experienced and skilled IT and telephony engineers, photocopier technicians and software specialists are always on hand to take care of any necessary maintenance and training.

We are looking for an energetic, positive team player who has excellent customer service skills. This is a hands-on technical role working with Photocopiers / MFP’s, Printing Equipment, IT Hardware and Printing Software.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of repairs and maintenance on a wide range of photocopiers printers resolving issues by means of telephone support, online remote support & customer onsite visits
  • Manage call activity; execute call closure via inhouse ticketing system and other administrative requirements
  • Prepare equipment for delivery
  • Set up and install new equipment and printing software
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the team
  • Follow training plans and complete necessary training courses
  • Tidy and maintain store room
  • Stock supplies
  • Complete electronic paperwork
  • Provide the highest level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Qualification within the Sector would be beneficial
  • IT Qualification would be beneficial
  • Full driving license is a must
  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to work proactively on own initiative
  • Team player
  • Effective and innovative problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
