As our new Legal Claims Handler, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll assist in the handling of flight delay claims (EC Regulation 261/2004) and make accurate compensation payments to customers in line with the Regulation. Full training is given by our experienced Legal Services team.

  • You’ll communicate effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.
  • You'll raise any settlements required.

What you’ll have:
 
  • You’ll have excellent written communication skills.
  • You’ll be able to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Claims Handling experience and use of claims management systems.
