As a Business Process Specialist (BPS) you will report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with the EMEA Business Process Manager & DSO reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for generating optimal business workflows with Dental Special Organizations (DSO) in the UKI. You will be mapping current workflows with our Operations, Commercial, Finance and Reporting teams and enhance infrastructure and service to large accounts across the UKI market. You will also lead optimization plans with DSO stakeholders, establish robust ways of working and carry out “added-value” initiatives. In collaboration with the regional Business Development Manager, you will also be responsible for qualitative and quantitative data capture, analysis and action planning aimed at driving commercial performance. As a Business Process Specialist you will also support the setting of the operational aspects in the GP division; Product launches, new initiatives and key development aspects within the process infrastructure. In this role, you will… Project-manage and lead a variety of interdepartmental projects from goal-setting and resource allocation to development and deployment for timely completion of value-add deliverables. Collect, synthesize and report data from various sources on a weekly basis on performance of current accounts and progression of new business under development; Closely track all accounts vs. targets and KPI’s Benchmarking Track impact of marketing actions and next steps (in collaboration with Marketing Manager) Give infrastructure (data and processes) to the sales and marketing Dso plans Identify focus areas and opportunities to improve existing Commercial reporting & dashboards Work collaboratively with Business Unit Manager, Business Development Managers, Marketing Manager and key accounts to identify, measure and share best-practice. Support quarterly Ops Review preparation (data, analysis and materials), liaising with Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing Refine and create tools and materials to improve processes from business case reviews to contract approvals, new account onboarding, billing and quarterly customer reporting/business reviews Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, including sales process coordination and project management support as required Any other ad-hoc tasks that are business critical In this role, you’ll need … Masters degree or BA diploma with +4 years related experience (Sales, Sales Ops, Business Development) and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical skills Be dynamic and able to multitask Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills Ability to map and improve business processes Focus on results, ROI and commercial growth Experience using Salesforce.com would be a significant plus Lean Six Sigma (or similar methodology) certification is a plus. Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision. Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. Native level English skills
