**Please Note: This role is based in Ilfracombe, and as such, a fuel allowance is provided to assist with commuting expenses** Role Overview:As a Panel Beater, your primary responsibility involves repairing or replacing damaged vehicle bodywork panels in accordance with detailed instructions and job card specifics, including chassis and framework work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles using appropriate equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, adhering strictly to safety standards.
  • Follow manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins for accurate repairs and chassis/panel replacements.
  • Stay abreast of evolving techniques and product advancements through continuous training courses.
  • Prioritise exemplary customer care and maintain tools and equipment in pristine, workable condition.

Requirements
  • Essential experience as a Panel Technician.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Preferred ATA or NVQ3 qualifications (not essential), coupled with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
