Weekend Concierge

Working hours: 16 hours per week, Saturday and Sundays, various shifts 8am-3pm,11am-7pm,3pm- 10pm

Burnside Mill is a resettlement centre accommodating 20 vulnerable adults in self-contained flats. You are required to carry out Front of House Reception Duties. Will carry out health and safety and well being checks making sure that clients, staff and visitors are safe within the building. You are required to complete admin tasks and, daily handovers. Applicants must have good written and verbal communication skills. You are required to have adequate computer skills. You will be required to do some cleaning duties ensuring that all communal areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires staff to make sure that clients are safe within the service and make sure that all cleaning duties and completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

• Good customer services skills.

• The ability to prioritise their own workload.

• Proficiency in a range of IT packages including Microsoft.

•Knowledge of the main support needs which are commonly faced by homeless and vulnerable clients.
