Are you an experienced Branch/Store/Unit Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong people/sales/customer service manager to take the reins of our Dunstable branch. We are TF Solutions, the one stop shop for all air conditioning and refrigeration products and with substantial growth over the past decade, we’ve become one of the leading Air Conditioning & Refrigerators distributors in the UK, so we’d say we know a thing or two about our sector. We’re also now part of the Travis Perkins Group, recognised as one of the UK’s top employers.

Where will you be working?

The role of Branch Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception. The branch has a team of 12, made up of sales, drivers and warehouse staff. 

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS

What will you be doing?

Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers

Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that the branch layout is What Great Looks Like standards for safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping and ability of customers to find products

Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance

Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing

You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers
