Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments Answer and manage telephone system Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner Some invoicing & filing may be required Manage customer waiting area and showroom - customers & housekeepingHelpful skills and qualifications
