Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer (7+ Years PQE) – Glasgow and/or Edinburgh

We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced lawyer with 7+ years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Glasgow and/or Edinburgh.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will: 

Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes and advisory work at an established private practice firm or large in-house practice, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy and/or real estate sectors Be able to manage both disputes and teams effectively, with consistently excellent service delivery and very strong technical skills Have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills Contribute to the development of the business, through client relationships and networks Be commercially aware, operating efficiently and with an interest in innovation Proactively seek out development opportunities for themselves and others Be qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales
