This role is crucial in complementing ourprofessional and friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptionalservices to our clients.

RoleOverview:

As a Paraplanner youwill be integral to our team providing highlevel technical andadministrative support.

Your role willinclude:

  • Collaborating closely withFinancial Planners to achieve client objectives.
  • Supporting and mentoring trainee paraplanners.
  • Ensuring thorough premeeting preparation and efficientpostmeeting followup.
  • Updating client filesaccurately on Salesforce CRM.
  • Preparingdetailed reports client reviews cash flow models and investmentperformance reviews.
  • Facilitating the progressof applications with product providers planners clients and otherstakeholders to ensure completion.
  • Handlingincoming telephone calls with confidence efficiently dealing withclients product providers and other third parties.
  • Maintaining extensive liaison with admin centres toprovide necessary information for completing transactions withinspecific deadlines.

Training:

Comprehensivetraining on companyspecific software and compliance requirementswill be provided to ensure your success in therole.

Requirements:

Theideal candidate will have a passion for wealth management excellentcommunication skills and a commitment to providing outstandingclient service.

A minimum of 2 years ofexperience with St. Jamess Place Wealth Management is required.

Experience in a similar role and familiaritywith Salesforce CRM will beadvantageous.
