Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are currently hiring for a SCS Spares - Inventory Admin, who will be responsible for processing orders for Engineers and consumable parts, dealing with emails, enquires and general office duties.

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing orders for Engineers & consumable parts. Managing confirmed stock levels. Processing & confirming parts orders. Placing orders with suppliers using an In-house system. Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the business. Maintain housekeeping and follow all Health and safety procedures at all times. Assisting your team as and when required.

Requirements

Good computer and Excel skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail. Ability to work well within a team. Ability to work under pressure when necessary.
