a dedicated Admissions Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficiency and providing expert advice to prospective students. You will play a crucial part in guiding applicants through their journey, from initial inquiry to final decision. Key responsibilities: Manage the entire application process, adhering to deadlines and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, offering high-level guidance on programme suitability. Represent the school at various events, including Open Days, Information Sessions, Fairs and Webinars, both in the UK and overseas. Host drop-in sessions and candidate visits, coordinating with faculty and current students. Manage post-offer processes, including visas, financial guarantees and contracts. You will be an effective and engaging communicator, both written and verbal, with highly developed planning, organisational and time management skills to manage workflow challenges and deadlines. You must also be team-oriented, discreet and tactful, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
