Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Location: East and North Eastern Boroughs of London

Exam Duration: 2-3 hours per day

Start Date: June 2024

As an Exam Invigilator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the fairness and integrity of our exams. But that's just the beginning of what promises to be a thrilling role. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  1. Exam Supervision : Overseeing exam sessions to ensure they run smoothly and according to established protocols, providing a supportive environment for candidates.
  2. Language Support : Offering assistance and guidance to Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring they fully understand the exam procedures and any instructions given.
  3. Security and Confidentiality : Maintaining the security and confidentiality of exam materials at all times, adhering to strict guidelines to safeguard the integrity of the exams.
  4. Effective Communication : Liaising with examiners and coordinators to facilitate the smooth running of exams, providing regular updates and reports as required.
  5. Problem-solving : Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during exams promptly and effectively, using your initiative to find solutions while maintaining professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, to accommodate exam schedules.
  • Previous experience in exam invigilation or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
