The sales support coordinator will manage all the internal sales functions

As one of our Sales Support Coordinator you’ll have access to:

The role:

  • Manage all customer calls in a friendly, professional and proactive way
  • Manage key client and customer relationships in conjunction with the external sales team
  • Management of the CRM system
  • Own the sales administration process around response, tracking and monitoring lead generation activity, accountable for developing the MQL’s and SQL’s
  • Manage the customer journey through from initial enquiry to sale and completion and ensure it is a smooth one.
  • Manage the outbound and inbound internal sales functions

We’re looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
  • Account management
  • Project management
  • Relationship building skills
  • IT literate, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Dynamics etc
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of renewable technologies is an advantage but not a prerequisite as full training will be given
