You will be working with Head and Sous chef whereyou will be able to learn new techniques but also have theopportunity to input your ideas forward.

Thesuccessful CDP will be ableto:

  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Ability to work underpressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn newrecipes.
  • Learn new cookingmethods.
  • Ability to problemsolve.
  • Able to work with freshingredients.
  • Good knifeskills
  • Cook and prepare various cuisines andwilling to learn newrecipes.

You:

  • Willhave worked with fresh ingredients.
  • Able towork under pressure.
  • Able to manage lowerlevelchefs and pass on your knowledge.
  • Willing tolearn.
