More than a decade on since its inception in 2009, The Stable now fires pizza ovens the length and breadth of the country. From famed surfing spot Fistral Beach, Newquay to the harboursides of Bristol, Falmouth and Plymouth, we are also located further north in the city centres of Cardiff and Birmingham.   

Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling Barbican harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of allfresegn. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. Pull up a chair, grab yourself a pint of the good stuff and enjoy some of the best waterside views in Plymouth. 

We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.

Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas
