Position: Cable LoomSpecialist

JobResponsibilities:

• Assembleand fabricate cable looms according to engineering specificationsand industry standards.
• Interpret technicaldrawings wiring diagrams and work instructions to accuratelycomplete cable assemblies.
• Safely andeffectively use a variety of tools including wire stripperscrimpers heat guns and solderingequipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensureadherence to specifications identifying and rectifying any defectsor inconsistencies.
• Follow establishedproduction schedules and meet assigned deadlines while maintaininghigh levels of accuracy andefficiency.
• Collaborate with team members andprovide support in troubleshooting and problemsolvingactivities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workarea ensuring compliance with safety regulations and bestpractices.
• Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives suggesting process enhancements to optimizeproductivity andquality.

Qualifications:

• Previousexperience in cable assembly or a related production role is highlydesirable.
• Proficient in interpreting technicaldrawings wiring diagrams and workinstructions.
• Solid understanding of cabletypes connectors and industrystandardpractices.
• Familiarity with tools and equipmentused in cable assembly such as wire strippers crimpers heat gunsand soldering equipment.
• Strong attention todetail and the ability to work with precision andaccuracy.
• Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to troubleshoot technicalissues.
