Job Title: Secondary School Teacher

 

GSL Education is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for both Qualified and Unqualified Teachers to join one of the leading Secondary Schools in Southampton. Starting on September 2nd, this full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and eager to inspire students, regardless of whether they are a Qualified Teacher or looking to gain experience.

As a Secondary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and creating an engaging learning environment. Whether you are a Qualified Teacher or an aspiring educator, this role will allow you to develop and enhance your teaching skills while making a significant impact on students' academic journeys.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the educational experience.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Updated DBS (required for all applicants).

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
