What We Can Offer

Optional 4- or 5-day working week – 4-day Mon-Wed 6am-4.15pm and Thurs 6am-4.15pm or 5-day 7am-4pm Mon to Thurs and Fri 7am-12pm (39hr week)

What You Will Do

Efficient Purchase Order Management : Utilize Basware & SWAN to process purchase order invoices swiftly and accurately.

Strategic Procurement : Procure competitive quotes and execute orders to ensure seamless operations.

Production Support : Collaborate closely with Production Cell Team Leaders to progress SWAN MRP purchase orders and manage stock inventory effectively.

Meticulous Oversight : Ensure meticulous closure of SWAN orders and invoices, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Client Engagement : Facilitate communication with clients and sub-contractors to coordinate site visitations and foster strong relationships.

Administrative Excellence: Assist with a range of office and site services duties, including time sheet processing, quote generation, and data input, ensuring smooth operations at every level.

Team Collaboration : Actively participate in weekly planning meetings, contributing insights and concluding action points with the site team.
