As a CivilsSupervisor your core responsibilities will be

  • Regularreviews of project status ensuring all options have been consideredand evaluated to improve constructionperformance
  • Challengingthe management team to ensure the most efficient and costeffectiveapproach is used to deliver outstandingprojects
  • Strongleadership with employees on site with a key focus on drivingproduction andperformance
  • Efficientcommunication and engagement with the managementteam
  • Ensurequality assurance to clientspecification
  • Controlof site environmentalissues
  • Developmentof strong team workingrelationships
  • Ensuringall project KPIs and SLAs areachieved
  • Uploadingdocuments to Company systems as and when necessary in line withbusinessrequirements
  • Ensuringcrews complete daily risk assessments and safetoworkapps
  • Completemonthly van and toolingaudits
  • Completeweekly plantaudits
  • Ensuringcorrect data including scheme drawings of layout sections andconstruction details asbuild drawings isused bycrews
  • Livequality and NRSWA compliance audits whilst job are in flight andretro audits after job completion through theapp
  • Promotingnear miss and positive interventionreporting
  • Workingwith the client to enable the most efficient and costeffectiveapproach in delivering outstanding programs of work whilemaintaining the highest standards of health safety &quality


What will you be doing? As a Civils Supervisor, your coreresponsibilities will be Regular reviews of project status ensuringall options have been considered and evaluated to improveconstruction performance Challenging the management team to ensurethe most efficient and cost-effective approach is used to deliveroutstanding projects Strong leadership with employees on site witha key focus on driving production and performance Efficientcommunication and engagement with the management team Ensurequality assurance to client specification Control of siteenvironmental issues Development of strong team workingrelationships Ensuring all project KPI`s and SLA`s are achievedUploading documents to Company systems as and when necessary inline with business requirements Ensuring crews complete daily riskassessments and safe-to-work apps Complete monthly van and toolingaudits Complete weekly plant audits Ensuring correct data,including scheme drawings of layout, sections and constructiondetails, as-build drawings is used by crews Live quality and NRSWAcompliance audits whilst job are in flight, and retro audits afterjob completion through the app Promoting near miss and positiveintervention reporting Working with the client to enable the mostefficient and cost-effective approach in delivering outstandingprograms of work, while maintaining the highest standards ofhealth, safety & quality
