Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist key workers in delivering high-quality activities that support children’s learning and development in alignment with the EYFS framework.
  • Be included within staffing ratios to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Maintain open communication with key workers and parents to support each child’s development.
  • Provide one-to-one support for children who require additional assistance.
  • Ensure a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in early years settings.
  • Hold a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working in early years education and supporting young learners.
