What our clients are looking for
We are currently expanding and looking for care assistants with complex experience and a passion for care. Are you the one? Trust and communication skills are vital. You will be provideing complex care and support to clients in their own homes, with the emphasis being 100% care and improvement to ther quality of life.
Do you need experience?
As much as this is preferred, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care.
How will you be helping?
Experience working with LD/Autism Assist with building confidence and independence. Support is required with building routines and maintaining independence with managing/prioritising day to day tasks. Support and prompt with shopping and meeting the needs of her son (support with accessing parenting support groups) alongside the support from external Healthcare Professionals and family members. Driver Preferred to support with accessing the communityWhat we offer:

Excellent communication skills A driver’s licence is essential Good professional and personal referencesIn line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
