TheRole:

  • Day to dayrunning of a High Street RetailStore
  • Responsible for a small team ofpassionate colleagues
  • You will be making sureyou are an ambassador for our clients brand and what they stand forin the wider community and helping people understand what youdo.
  • Deliver company strategy around stock andin store visualmerchandising.

TheCandidate:

  • To beconsidered for this role you must have at least 12 monthsexperience looking after teams of people. This could be in asupervisor manager assistant manager duty manager or similar typeof role
  • You will have a dynamic approach toretail an eye for detail you will have the ability to merchandiseyour store how you wish so you need to be able to know what goodlooks like.
  • Flexible and hardworking but alsocaring and empathetic towards yourteam
