Teaching Personnel are working very closely with a special educational needs primary school that is based in the Haywards Heath area. The school are seeking for SEN Mentor’s come September, the school rely heavily on 1:1 support for their pupils so it’s key that they recruit strong SEN Mentor’s for a September start.

About the school:

The school cater for primary aged boys between the ages of 6-12. The boys have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour. The school have wonderful grounds and facilities for their boys including an outdoor astro football pitch for their football teams.

About the role:

The chosen educator will be expecting to be energetic, sporty and enthusiastic. Most importantly, have the ability to build rapport with the pupils as you will be expected to be working on both a 1:1 and small group basis with the pupils. This could be in class, in-between class or during school outings or sports events.

Additional Information:

-          Pay - £420 - £440 pw

-          DBS – Child Only Enhanced DBS

-          Hours – 8:40am – 15:55pm

-          Contract – Temp to Perm

-          Location – Haywards Heath

-          Travel - Car

-          Experience – Autism and ADHD
