  • You should have 'food & drink' oozing through you, you love to talk wine matching and food combinations, you are bang on trend and always aware of the next trends around the corner, as well and knowing when comfort food or a good home cooked roast is best.
  • You lead and inspire, living our 'Ownership with Personality' value.
  • To be successful you should have proven experience in a similar F&B role, preferably 2 years+, with proven management skills and solid commercial awareness.
  • This is a key role within the management team, working with closely with management colleagues to take the Hotel forwards to the next level.
