Our Graduate Program runs for 2years and there are three different Programs available and you willbe placed into one of these programs based on your skillset andinterests. Within each program there will be 3 rotations of 6months each, with the 4th rotation being based on your progressthroughout the program. Our three different programsare:

Medical ScienceProgram:

  • Collaboratewith medical teams to support clinical research and developmentprojects.
  • Assist in the preparation and reviewof scientific reports, publications, and regulatorydocuments.
  • Participate in medical advisoryboards and contribute to medical educationinitiatives.
  • Conduct literature reviews andstay updated with the latest scientificadvancements.

FinanceProgram:

  • Supportfinancial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist inpreparing financial statements, reports, and presentations forinternal and external stakeholders.
  • Participatein cost management, financial modeling, and risk assessmentprojects.
  • Gain hands-on experience withfinancial systems andsoftware.

CommercialProgram:

  • Work with themarketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategicbusiness plans.
  • Assist in market research,competitive analysis, and customersegmentation.
  • Participate in product launches,promotional activities, and sales trainingprograms.
  • Support the development of pricingstrategies and commercial proposals.

Our Graduate Program aims atdeveloping you as an individual and as a professional within yourprogram. We will be providing you with a bespoke learning programat the beginning of your journey with us, developing your skillsand harnessing your strengths. Throughout your time with us we willalso be providing you with recognised professional accreditationfor your chosen career, helping you to grow your career withUniphar.

At the end of the programyou will have an opportunity to move into a permanent positionacross any of our teams, with the possibility of internationalplacements across our UK, Ireland, and Europe.

  • Recent graduatewith a degree in Medical Science, Finance, Business Administration,or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest inpursuing a career in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, orhealthcare industry.
  • Previous internship orwork experience in any of the rotation areas isadvantageous.

How we'd like to work together

As we are a global team, there isflexibility to be based in one of Uniphar's offices or work fromhome. There may be a need for face to face meetings in otherlocations, as needed. There may also some flexibility required inorder to interact with colleagues or clients in their time zones(i.e. it's not a '9 to 5' type of job).
