The Opportunity: We're looking for passionate individuals to join our cutting-edge team in delivering industry-leading 4R services for EV batteries. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of top-tier 4R services for advanced battery packs.
  • Gain expertise in the techniques, tools, and materials required to repair EV batteries according to manufacturer standards.
  • Perform diagnostic tests to swiftly identify issues and collaborate with our engineering team on root cause analysis and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in R&D activities across multiple clients, contributing to the future of automotive technology.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of specialised tools and electrical testing equipment.
  • Accurately document all work performed, ensuring precise records of time, materials, and processes via our proprietary software.
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant production environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently to guarantee timely ordering of parts and equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in automotive environments is preferred but other backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • A solid understanding of production procedures, particularly in health and safety.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality—always aiming to get it right the first time.
  • The ability to work flexibly and meet both internal and external deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and resource optimisation.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
