RoleOverview:

As a Junior FXPartnerships Broker you will play a pivotal role in supporting thepartnerships division with a focus on business development. Youwill assist in developing and nurturing relationships with externalpartners contributing to the growth of revenue and client base.Your responsibilities willinclude:

  • Collaborating withsenior brokers to manage partnerships and drive businessdevelopment initiatives.
  • Assistingin the identification of new partnership opportunities andexecuting strategies forgrowth.
  • Providing valuable insightsand market updates to partners fostering strong and enduringrelationships.
  • Supporting in thecoordination of partnership activities ensuring seamlesscommunication andsupport.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Economics Business or relatedfields.
  • Minimum of 1 year ofexperience in FX sales or a relatedrole.
  • Strong passion for thefinancial markets with a keen interest in FX andpayments.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Proactive attitude witha desire to learn and grow within theindustry.

Requirements Competencies: A collaborative team player,approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive workenvironment. Demonstrates curiosity. Strategic collaborator withinsight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuringoperational effectiveness. Skills and Experience: Previousexperience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. Strong pricing andstructuring capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and highlyadaptable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate andsimplify complex processes. Good knowledge of FX derivatives.Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communicationskills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Experience working in a regulated environmentand knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associatedwith this.
