TFS HealthScience is aleading global midsize Contract Research Organization (CRO) thatpartners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughouttheir entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includesfull servicecapabilities resourcing and Functional Service (FSP)solutions.

As part of ourProposals and Contractsteam you willworking alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensureour customers achieve theirgoals.

TheSenior / Proposals Analystwillfacilitate and provide complete business support for the TFSbusiness development team from client meetings to proposalgeneration and the negotiation and closing of contracts and changeorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates assignedcontract processes for all contracting scenarios including but notlimited to the coordination and finalization of the customercontract including the project specifications in the budget forproposals contracts and change orders
  • Acts asproposals and contracts knowledge holder and key interface forcustomers ensuring consistency in approach metrics andformat
  • Ensure compliance related to Proposalsand Contracts team and TFS SOPs processes guidelines policies andany other related items within the Proposals and Contractsgroup
  • Support the sales team in meeting annualsales goals and objectives
  • Serve as mentor tonew analysts and provide training as needed to ensure teamprocesses are efficient and effective
  • SupportTFS response to sales opportunities and work with the internal TFSteam to respond appropriately to Request for Information (RFI) andRequest for Proposal (RFP)
  • With minimalguidance prepares written bids proposals and budget estimates inresponse to Requests for Proposals for submission to theclient.
  • Resolves diverse problems and overcomesobstacles through evaluation of identifiable factors and withingenerally definedpractices.

Qualifications:

  • BachelorsDegree or relevant work experience
  • Strongunderstanding of sales/proposal writing/budget generationprocesses
  • Knowledge of TFS and relevantexperience from within the CRObusiness
  • Excellent knowledge of MicrosoftOffice software (minimally Word andExcel)
  • Ability to work independently andefficiently
  • Strong ability to coordinateinformation from and follow up with diverse sources in order tomeet clients requirements for proposal and budgetdevelopment
  • Possess excellent organizationaland analytical skills and a strong attention to detail with provenability to handle multiple tasks efficiently andeffectively
  • Maintain excellent interpersonaland communication skills
  • Strong analytical andmath skills
  • Willingness to travel according tothe needs of the business development strategy and to companymeetings asrequired
