Shefford, United Kingdom Fleet Tutors Full time
Fleet Education Services is searching for an experienced KS1-KS2 Tutor to provide dedicated, in-person support to a young learner with SEN.

About us

Fleet Education Services is a leading provider of quality supplementary and alternative provision throughout the UK. With our commitment to excellence, we strive to empower learners and help them achieve their academic goals through our tailored 1:1 and small group education programmes, delivered by our specialist tutors who share in our aim to ensure that every learner we support thrives.

The role

We have a learner who needs you to make a difference in their life now; this is your opportunity to provide meaningful, holistic support to a young person referred to us that requires additional support with primary level subjects. Your skill and expertise will play a leading role in improving their self-confidence and subject knowledge, ultimately becoming a positive influence during their journey throughout education.

This tuition placement will be conducted on an in-person basis, within the home of the learner. As they are outside of mainstream provision, our ideal tutor will look to provide comprehensive support for core subjects at a KS1-KS2 level, being mindful of potential gaps in the learner's education. Tuition sessions will be conducted on a weekly basis over 3 days a week, with 4-5 hours of tuition required per day - persistent, regular tuition over the new academic year will be required to ensure this learner's academic success.

If you’re a passionate teacher or tutor, experienced in supporting learners with SEN and who would relish the opportunity to engage learners in education, then we’d love to welcome you into our tutoring community.
