About the Role

Join Our Team as a Security Officer

Location: Melton Mowbray

Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on 4 off nights)

We are seeking experienced Security Officers with a valid SIA licence and a driving licence with access to their own vehicle to join our team at a multi-man site in Melton Mowbray. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in the security sector who are able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.


Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the premises and ensure the safety and security of the site during the night.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
  • Maintain key control and follow site security procedures.
  • Work alongside another security officer and report to the Site Manager.
  • Act quickly and efficiently to address any issues that arise.
  • Perform general security duties and uphold a professional presence on-site.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • SIA Licence and driving licence with access to your own vehicle are required.
  • Minimum 2 years of security experience.
  • Computer literate and able to manage basic reporting tasks.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently, using your own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
