The post holder will:

As a member of the Neurodevelopmental team the post holder will provide clinical advice and support to other professionals both within the service and other agencies.

Job responsibilities

The Neurodevelopmental Pre-School Autism Service within CWPT works with pre-school children with neurodiversity. We are a Multi Disciplinary Team consisting of Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Paediatricians, Specialist Neurodevelopmental Clinicians and Neurodevelopmental Practitioners. There is a shared vision in the team for achieving the best possible outcomes for children with a neurodevelopmental condition.

Applicants must have substantial post qualification experience and/or training in Autism assessment tools and experience of working with this population.

As travel is an integral part of this post, car owner/driver, or suitable alternative transport to enable you to undertake the job is essential (It is unlikely that public transport will meet this requirement). This post is subject to a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure at Enhanced level.

Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior supervisory level Relevant qualification or significant experience in clinical children's field
