Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business. Processing over £101 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities.
As a Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Transformation Executive and team. This involves managing people administration, financial operations, budget monitoring, and key meeting preparation. You will also play a significant role in coordinating communication, supporting events, managing IT for new starters, and ensuring that our internal and external communications are of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed understanding of the whole Programme of work and quickly being able to extract key data for escalation People: be a central coordination for all people related tasks for the Transformation Director and team, including tracking roles, onboarding new employees, and monitoring team holidays. Financial Operation s: Oversee financial support for the team, including project expenditure tracking, raising purchase orders, and supporting budget monitoring. Meeting: Prepare and host key meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time. Event Organization: Support the organization of virtual and in-person events as needed. IT Setup: Arrange IT equipment and systems for new starters. Learning and Development: Collate and own the whole team’s learning plan, ensuring our people are fully supported. Own the external training allocation budget. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper team representation on LinkedIn and other platforms. Team Support: Manage administrative roles within the team and represent the Transformation Director when needed.Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in financial operations or budget monitoring is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Our Culture
