- Track student development and providetargeted support regularly collaborating with parents SEN staff andother educators to ensure consistentprogress
- Participate in ongoing training andprofessional development opportunities focused on SEN and inclusiveeducation strategies to continually enhance yourskills
Experience&Qualifications
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) and experience in primaryeducation ideally with a background in supporting students withspecial educational needs
- Passion for inclusiveeducation with a commitment to adapting teaching approaches to meetdiverse learning needs
- Creative empatheticapproach to teaching with the ability to engage young learners andbuild their confidence
- Excellent interpersonaland teamwork skills enabling you to collaborate effectively withcolleagues parents and support staff to support each childsdevelopment
- A current and clearEnhanced DBS check is essential toensure the safety and wellbeing of allstudents
