Requirement for an NPD Manager in Co. Armagh

Your new company 
Your new company is a successful family-run business that has been in operation for over 40 years. The company is in an impressive growth period and are in the process of building a new state-of-the art factory on their premises due to continued growth and securing contracts with some of the UK and Ireland's leading supermarkets. 
Your new role 
As NPD Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch. You will be identifying consumer trends, preferences, and gaps in the market and generate innovative product concepts and work with your team in developing samples. You will be creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and coordinating within cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Technical, to ensure seamless project execution. You will oversee product testing, sensory evaluations, and validation processes and ensure all new products comply with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and key external partners.
What you'll need to succeed 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing NPD projects from concept to launch with a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, how ingredients perform and food regulatory requirements. You should have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. You should have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
