The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to manage and capture requirements for high-priority decommissioning projects on our roadmap. If you have experience in project management, systems migrations, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved, this role is perfect for you.

What will make you a great fit:

· Experience with integration projects: Proven track record in system migrations and decommissioning projects

· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements across the entire organization.

· Business Requirements: Create detailed business requirements documents and translate them into functional specifications.

· Management Experience: Support and manage junior Business Analysts with their professional development and workload.

· Process Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, or tools.

· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems.

· Project Management: Develop and manage migration plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

· Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee User Acceptance Testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Requirements

Proven Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets.

· Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

· Tech-Savvy: Understanding in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Business and Technical Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management fundamentals and methodologies (including resource planning, RAID log management and reporting.)

· Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial service industry with knowledge of private markets, or a track record of quickly understanding similarly complex industries and use cases.

· Initiative: Capable of handling complex problems and driving solutions without handholding.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in working for a top-tier consulting firm, demonstrating the ability to work to tight deadlines and high standards,
