ABOUT THE ROLE 

Gordon Street Coffee is now recruiting a full-time Supervisor to join our bubbly team. Working full-time, you can expect to work circa 40 hours per week and receive excellent career development opportunities. We are open every day in Glasgow Central Station, however, are closed in the evenings so daytime availability is essential.

Working as Supervisor, you'll develop expert knowledge in all things coffee (don't worry, full training will be provided) You'll be taking orders and dealing with customer queries, preparing hot and cold drinks and ensuring we are fully stocked and presentable for our lovely customers. You'll also work as part of the team to make sure the customer experience in our store is engaging and quick-paced. Being comfortable to upsell from a 'wee' cup of coffee to a 'big' coffee is also a must. Taking the lead on shift, you'll be responsible on occasion for the running of shifts, ensuring the team are delivering service and customers are happy and engaged.
