What youwillachieve:

• Researchand Analysis:Dive deep into client requirementsindustry trends and competitor analysis to gather crucial insightsfor bids. Learn from past bids to understand how to best addressclientsquestions.

• ContentDevelopment:Assist in crafting compelling bids fromexecutive summaries to technical responses methodologies ensuringclarity conciseness and alignment with clientneeds.
• DocumentManagement:Organize and maintain bid documentsincluding templates proposals and reference materials. Collaboratewith various teams across the business to ensure accuracy andrelevance in bidsubmissions.
• QualityAssurance:Review bid documents for accuracycompleteness and compliance with client requirements and companystandards. Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors orinconsistencies in content formatting andmessaging.
• DeadlineManagement:Manage multiple bids simultaneously andprioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Coordinate with teammembers to ensure timely completion and submission of bidresponses.

Who are we lookingfor

As a Junior Bid Writer youllwork closely with senior bid writers to produce highquality bidsoften managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tightdeadlines. You will need to be organised with a strong attention aswell as having excellent communication skills. We are particularlywelcoming applications from individuals with thefollowing:

• Proficiency inMicrosoft packages
• Exceptional organizationaland time management abilities
• Ability to thriveunder pressure and navigate ambiguity
• Bachelorsdegree in English Communications Business or a relatedfield.
• 12 years of bid writingexperience
• Familiarity with bid writingprocesses and best practices
• A proactive andadaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on newchallenges.
• Strong attention to detail andaccuracy with the ability to proofread and edit documentseffectively.
