Our client are currentlyseeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Solicitor to jointheir thriving Employment team based in Manchester. The successfulcandidate will play a key role in our commitment to providingexceptional legal services in the field of Employmentlaw.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • LegalExpertise: The ideal candidate should possess a strong backgroundin Employment law with a focus on matters related to equality anddiscrimination. Demonstrable experience in employment tribunalcases is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates witharound 36 PQE.

  • ClientManagement: Manage client relationships including conducting clientmeetings providing legal advice and leading negotiations on complexEmployment lawmatters.

  • Supervisionand Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills through supervisionand/or line management responsibilities within theteam.

  • CommercialAcumen: Exhibit a commercial mindset with a focus on chargeablehours and billing to contribute to the overall financial success ofthe firm.
